DementedReality Lifetime Suspension Join Date: Aug 2004 Exp:	LF: Lawyer for small business contracts Hey all, I am opening up a General Sales Agency and will be representing a couple larger American firms under a contractual agreement and before signing off on the legal, I would like some help understanding the legalese. Is anyone on the board equipped for this kind of advice?
