I'm a youngish, quiet professional moving to Calgary soon. I'm looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment, condo, home, etc (I'm fairly open to style).

Looking for an availability date of Sept 1, 15 or Oct 1. I have excellent references from previous landlords and am also willing to sign a lease.

Would prefer SE or SW, south of Glenmore, with bonus being within walking of the LRT and/or a view. Please PM me with what you have available or send a friends contact info who is also looking for a renter.

I actually have 2 condos that may need to be rented (I say may because I'm not 100% sure one of them will be, I will be finding out by Monday)

One is in Bridlewood -(possibly available Oct 1) 850 square foot apartment condo. 2 bdrm, 1 bath, insuite laundry, laminate flooring, all appliances, 2 parking stalls, large deck $1250 including electricity,heat and water


One is in McKenzie Town (this will for sure be available Oct 15th)
3 bedroom 1 1/2 bathrooms 1300 square feet town home. Double attached garage, laundry, all appliances, deck $1400 plus utilities.

I have a house, 3 beds, 2 baths, large detached garage (22x24), large deck/yard and much more in Renfrew (NE but walking distance to downtown).

$1500 plus utilities.

I'll be working near Glenmore and Barlow, so would prefer something south of Glenmore or close. I'll be back in Calgary sometime this week as well. Will consider rentals ASAP (Sept 1) now as my temp accomodations have fell through. Something within walking of the LRT is a definite bonus. I'll add a price range later tonight.
