Yeah the cap coming back was huge for us though. There wasn't any cap in the original transaction between Detroit and Nashville. Almost 6 in this so we take on 2.1 M in the deal and move from a 61 ov to a 67 ov. At the same time, Nashville turned a 3rd into Brodziak and Rundblad. Great asset management for them.
