I've recently done a fresh install of windows and lost all my video tools, I can't remember for the life of me what I used to use to convert dvd files, ripped onto your PC into AVI or MPEG-1..

Anyone have any programs? Everytime I search I get OSX files... Which irritates me to no end

There's lots of programs that do this. Check out www.doom9.org for a list.
