Yikes, playing this game is giving me flashbacks of Game 4 against Tampa Bay.

Slapshot Challenge

Good Luck!!!!!!!

I've played that game many times (not at work though - honestly). Just make sure the puck is in the middle of the stick (when you're centered on the goalie). Then, once you get better, move around a bit. Then, try putting the puck off-centre of your stick to shoot at more of an angle.

now get back to work

For what felt like 50 shots, I managed to squeak one through the wickets.

I got 8 goals and hit the posts a number of times (6 to 10). And also missed the net about as I hit it.

Wow, I just did my best score ever, 31!

Having spent my fair share on candystand, you figure out some tricks to each game.

Find a good spot for your shooter, and make sure he stays planted on that spot. Don't try to raise the puck either. Along the ice is how most goals go in. Then it's just a simple pulling the mouse back and releasing, and once you get the timing down you can score 4-5 goals in a row.

You heard that too? Thank god I'm not the only crazy one. It almost sounds like they took a mic into the crowd at the dome and used it.
