Default CFL Picks Week 4

Games start on Thursday this week.

Hamilton at Montreal
Toronto at Winnipeg
Calgary at BC
Edmonton at Sask

My picks: Montreal, Calgary, Sask...I will add the Toronto/Winnipeg pick later in the week. I will pick the Argos to win despite all the turmoil with them.

I just wanted to say how happy I am that we're getting CFL games in the States now. Altitude (Denver cable station) is showing the first game live on Friday night, and the second game on a tape delay. Some Saturday games are being shown as well.

While I haven't watched a CFL game in 6-7 years before this season, I'd like to recognize the increased quality of play today from what I recall in the past. IMO, the officiating is no worse than the NFL, and I like the centralized replay reviews.

What's up with the turnovers and blocked punts/kicks this season? Wow!

As for winners this week:
Montreal
Winnipeg
Calgary
Saskatchewan

Hamilton at Montreal - Als are no match in the East. Looks like Tressman's boys will go 4-0 again early in the season. Hamilton 2 games in a row but Als will still win this game.

Toronto at Winnipeg - Joseph is the most overrated QB in the CFL. I am sure Winnipeg were watching the Stamps-Toronto game and saw how the Stamps controlled Kerry Joseph and TO's offense. WPG all the way.

Calgary at BC - Another good game for defense on this one. D's confidence is so high right now and i can see it continuing their dominating plays. Offense is starting to click and usually the whole team gets so pumped up against BC. I can see Pierce leaving the game early again this game. STAMPS to WIN!

Edmonton at Sask - Edmonton hasn't been good this season. Their offense sucks without their running game. RIDERS to WIN.
