Wanted: Horizontal Blinds......

Hi CP,

I came home saturday night to some destruction of our horizontal blinds by a black monster. I need to match it up to the other one that is on the windows now, and to make it even better the same monster attacked the blinds next to these ones so now I get to replace two sets of the not so cheap blinds.

They are faux wood and i think are 2" slats, where is the best and least expensive place to replace these? or is it possible to have just the bottom slats replaced?

Sears, tons of colors...they have the 2" slats and yes you can replace slats though it looks like u need a new blind with the bottom hanger damaged...
as per the "black monster" a little bit of trimming is respectful for her and you...

well it fits the window ok so trimming isnt neccessary, I just had it over the couch there to get the picture

The two big online places in Canada, usually their prices are far far below what any store can do. I've ordered from blinds.ca a couple of times and they were fine.

Have you used Blinds.ca's installation service? $180 for 12 windows makes it hard to justify my time doing it.

I didn't use their service, though after ordering I kind of wished I had, though the install wasn't difficult, just time consuming.. I'm sure for install they probably just contract out to a few different local blinds companies or something.
