Summer school was in session at the time but nobody was injured or trapped by the flood waters.

Is it a school for midgets? A main broke in Tuscany last year and while it may have been an inconvenience and a danger to small children and midgets I think 99% of adults would be ok.

fast moving flood waters can take down things MUCH bigger than adults...though I have no idea if this situation has such danger.

If it is just a burst watermain like the one in Tuscany it isn't that big of a deal.

Its clearly the first sign of an underground Volcano that the authorities arent telling us about to keep us pacified and placated. Very soon Calgary will erupt like LA in 'Volcano' only we dont have Tommy Lee Jones to save us.
