Default Wanted: Propane Tank (Sod No Longer Needed)

Not to use together...

I had my backyard ripped appart this weekend as it was half grass, half gravel pad. Now it's about 30% grass (got some bushes removed too), and about 70% loam. Been pricing around sod and/or seed, but was hoping someone had sod kicking around that was extra, which you don't want hanging around anymore.

And my father is looking for an extra propane tank to keep at the cabin, incase the one he uses for his BBQ runs out, cause it's about 25-30 mins from the closest gas station with propane filler. Again, hoping to find one that's just kicking around that isn't needed.

I know where to buy sod. I'm just willing to talk to CP Nation if they have anything left over that they want to get rid of.

Sod cut more than 24 hours old can get pretty iffy. If it had moisture when cut it may last a couple days but no longer than that. You would just be laying sod that will be totally dead in a few weeks.

I understand it's a bit of a crapshoot... but better to get a fellow CPer something for unused...

And I also need that tank...

you will spend more time and money going around the city to find 5 left over rolls through the summer than you will to get a pallet delivered and done and the gf/wife will be happy

a) Wife is more than happy with what ever plans I come up with, as long as her hands don't get dirty.

b) Got my sod plans figured out. Just looking for the Propane can.
