Possible Heat line-up? Minus one forward and one defenseman if the Flames carry extras. Cap Hits include bonuses where applicable.

Not 100% sure about where some of these guys will play in 2009/10, so I speculated on a few.

I got all this information hunting around on the internet. I thought I'd post it up here for anyone who wanted to see a full list of all our prospects and farm hands we currently have in the organization.

If I am missing anyone let me know and I'll update it.
If any information is wrong let me know and I'll fix it.

Spencer Bennett is heading to the University of Alaska-Anchorage next season, if I recall correctly.

Nick Larson is going to Notre Dome University. I think you spelt his name wrong.

Joni Ortio looks like he'll either be with the Swift Current Broncos who drafted him in the CHL Import Draft OR TPS's system in Finland.

Hopefully Ortio comes over so we can keep an eye on him.

pretty solid lineup in abbotsford, as many as 2 of those forwards could start the year in the NHL, so i think there is a good chance grantham gets time in the AHL

Per Jonsson was one I'm not sure about. He is still listed as "In The Sytem" on the Flames website, but I couldn't find anything on him in regards to where he played last year etc.

As for him being still listed on the Flames website, well Juuso Puustinen is still listed there as well and he's not with the organization anymore is he?

Kevin Lalande is also listed and I know for a fact he is in the Columbus organization now.

Grantham will be playing for Abbotsford or Las Vegas for sure. The rest of the Not Sures probably won't be turning pro, but the Euros and College players are eligible to play in Abbotsford.

Not overly surprised - he was terribly overmatched last year. Some nice skills - but just not built for this side of the pond.

Wow the Flames have sure gotten younger, NHL- and AHL-wise. Conroy the elder statesman in Calgary and Lundmark in Abbotsford.

Does Spratt need to be signed soon? I seem to remember reading he needs to be signed by the 15th of August or he is no longer flames property. Wonder what Sutter's plans are for him.

I believe he does... but he put up pretty unimpressive numbers at the NCAA level. I'd be one to think that they'll pass on giving him an entry level.
