I'm looking at buying a house, but the backyard has a gigantic concrete patio and wood deck that takes up most of the space. I'm looking to get these removed. Anybody recommend anyone that does HULK SMASH?

You could always buy one of these and then do it yourself.

Plus, it would be really easy to move your neighbour's car from in front of your house if you so desired.

Wow, I didn't actually realize those things were so expensive. That was funny, BTW.

You actually want to pay somebody to tear something apart and smash it to pieces?

Thats the best part and the most fun part of renovating.

Go out and buy a sledge hammer, rent a couple of saws (circular and recipricating) and rent a jack hammer, then invite a few buddies over for an afternoon of destruction, mayhem, and beer.

Yeah, I only want to do that as a last resort. Although I'm pretty handy I just don't want to do this myself.
