What kind? I'm mostly concerned about noise. If you were painting pictures in there I wouldn't care. Just don't want a carpenter in there with power tools running all day.

A 100 a month? Hmm my dad passed away recently and as soon as my moms house sells she will need the storage space as she will move from a large house to a smaller condo. Are you looking for this to be a term type of deal?
I'm moving in the near future and would love the space for storage to clear my house out for showings etc but I wouldn't need it for more than a couple of months (if the realty gods smile on me anyways).

Lol. As soon as I posted that I remembered that it was you that either posted or replied to a post in here about a studio. That's probably why the idea popped in my head. Truthfully, it's probably not ideal for painting, as there is no natural light unless you open the doors.

And I'm surprised nobody's asked, but I haven't confirmed whether it's heated. I'm going there tonight and I'll check.

Actually, 4x4, the loudest it might be would be normal stereo listening volume, no pounding. I just want a place that isn't my pad with the girl or my parent's basement to write tunes (on the computer).

I don't care what it's used for, as long as it's not a workshop with power tools or a grow op or dead hooker storage. Wanna use it for model railroading? Be my guest. Gonna cover the walls with pictures of Cher? Thats your prerogative (though I'll probably mock you here on CP for that). Listening to music? Sure, I guess. But if I got complaints from either of the suites, I'd evict you. Then you could come on here and rant about what an evil landlord I am.

But frankly, my dream tenant would be someone that just wants to store stuff. Whether for daily retrieval (a tradesman) or simply storage of excess household items (read: not dead bodies).
