Crazy Canucks Movie

Tomorrow (Wednesday @ 9) CTV is showing a locally produced movie about the Crazy Canucks.

I know I know, Canadian productions of this type of thing tend towards melodrama and bad casting, but this one looks good.

It was recently voted best feature at the Whistler Film Festival, no doubt due in part to its striking faithfulness to the era --

Supposedly it's pretty accurate.

Ken Read, one of the original Canucks, said it was "remarkable" in its authenticity, I saw in the paper this morning.

I have wanted to see this since I first starting seeing the advertisements.

They seem like interesting group of guys from everythign I've heard and seen from them and this movie looks fair well done as well.
