Check it out - Anthony Van Loo suffered a heart attack during the game and luckily had a defibrillator in him which saved his life. You can actually see when the defibrillator worked. Pretty cool!

Wow. That is incredible.

I've always wondered how effective internal defilibrators are. What are the batteries like for them to be able to constantly monitor the state of one's heart? Come to think of it- is it the same thing as a "pacemaker"?

Man, was I the only one that laughed when he popped up after getting that jolt? He sits up and is just like, yeah it was only a heart attack, I'm still good to go.

That's crazy stuff though. He very well could have been dead.
