LF: Rental home in Glamorgan/upper Killarney area

I've been told by a certain bank that my landlord has not been paying the mortgage and that I'm to be out of my current place by July 1st, and a few of the places I've seen on Rentfaster.ca have kind of fallen through so figured I'd check to see if the CP community might be able to help me out. I'm married with a 3 year old son and cat, my limit is probably hitting around $1500 without utilities.
I'd be looking to find a place in the Glamorgan or Killarney area's (upper kind of 37st and up) maybe even Lakeview would work, if anyone knows of any rentals in that area and you could possibly shoot me a pm I'd be ultra grateful.

Tell them you'll be out in 3 months if they give you written notice.

I have a rental property on 54th Ave SW, about 3 blocks east of Crowchild. The community is North Glenmore Park, but for driving distances, its very similar to Glamorgan. Killarney, and Lakeview.

Its a 4 level split, with 2 bedrooms on the top floor, 2 bedrooms on the second lowest level. The main level consists of a large living room and dining room, as well as the kitchen. On the top level, there is a full bath with tub/shower, and on the second lowest level there is a full bath with stand up shower. The lowest level is unfininshed; good for storage and utility room.

The best part is that it is just about done being renovated. The hardwood floors have all been refinished, and there is new lino throughout the kitchen, bathrooms, and downstairs stairway. The lower bedrooms have new carpet. The entire house has been completely repainted. There are new counter tops and vanities.

It should be totally complete next week, which is perfect timing for you.

I am not completely sure of the rent yet. I havent done the market research to see exactly where this property fits in yet. But, it should be close, give or take a little to your limit. You should definately consider this property.
