Any good Appliance Sales this weekend?

I am looking for a Over The Range Microwave / Hoodfan combination.

Nothing fancy, but decent quality. It is for a rental property.

Are there any good sales going on this weekend anywhere in Calgary?

A good hood fan is $150 or more, so I am hoping to get an OTR microwave for the $200-$300 range. A microwave should be really appreciated by a renter, and wont cost me much more than the hood fan alone.
