Thanks for the head's up.

Have really enjoyed the last two, particularly In Between Evolution. I think the last two have brought back some of the edge that they had with their pre Phantom Power releases.

Chill song. I like it.

I just hope it has some electric guitar/rock. Any hint of Fully Completely would make me a very happy Hip fan.

Not sure I like Bob Rock producing the Hip. The single is good but sounds a bit more produced than it needs to be, especially backing vocals.

For amusement, The Wall St. Journal looks at why the Hip can't make it in the USA.

Despite the terrible critic's review in the Upcoming CD release thread, this CD has grown on me. The Hip are such a mature band, that Bob Rock can't screw up the good songs too badly. The strings inserted everywhere sound out of place, but there is some great stuff here.

I have always had a love/hate thing with the Hip. I hate almost all their can-con "radio hits" that every rock station forces down your throat (if I hear Blow at High Douch one more time...).

However, I've really grown to like them through their last few albums. They are indicative of a mature band that isn't trying to make music for young kids, but just some really great songs.
