Go to the various rental companies' websites (Avis, Budget, National, Alamo, Thrifty, Hertz, etc.) and sign up for any email lists they have and they'll send you weekly specials emails.
Also, do a Google search for car rental coupons and/or discount codes. Try pretty much every code you can find because some of them are way better than others. If you're an AMA member, they offer discounts at Hertz.
The Entertainment Book has a lot of good discounts. Most people know someone who has an Entertainment Book they were guilt-tripped into buying from their kids or their friend's kids.
Also, check the prices for pick-up and drop-off at various locations. Most companies have locations at both the airport and downtown. Sometimes, the airport prices are significantly cheaper than the in-city prices, and sometimes it's the opposite.
Finally, keep checking the prices frequently from now until the time of the wedding. If the prices drop, re-book. If the prices go up, you're locked-in at the lower price.
