Default Wedding DJ

My girlfriend and I recently got engaged and we are good with a photographer and caterer but does anyone have suggestions for a good DJ? I really don't even know where to start.

Thanks for the suggestions.

It sounds as though you have some good leads for DJs. If I may provide any advice, do not use Care Free Sounds. We had used them for our wedding and were not at all impressed with how the DJ acted nor how their owner treated us after the fact.

Feel free to PM for details however I have little constructive info to provide.

May I suggest Wild Bills DJ Services: http://www.wildbillthedj.com/

It's the company I work for now. I'm getting married on May 2nd

Do NOT go with TNT Pub Games (Formaly TNT Enterprises: Name that Tune). They are the guys I used to work for. Bad equipment, bad DJs, bad owner and rip-off price.

L8R!

They're more expensive but if you can foot the bill I'd go for a live band. I was at a wedding last summer in Edmonton and this band called Out of the Blue (I think) was much better than anything I've seen a wedding DJ deliver. It was the energy and fun that they brought which won me over.
