I got great service from this little shop in Marda Loop - but I can't remember their name. I wish I could so that I could give them some free advertising... They're fast and cost effective. It took them a day or two to print me some cards.
If you're in that area, their shop is on the south side of 33rd ave at 21st st.

I've used Stampede Printing 403-250-3824 and Minute Man Press 403-543-5959 in the past, cause they we cheap. I believe it was $50 for either 500 or 1000.

How many do you need?

When I was in school, I made my own using Illustrator. Printed them on regular paper, then used spray mount (3M Super 77) and sandwiched three layers of paper. Or if you have money, just print on card stock.

Then cut. You can fit 10 on an 8.5 X 11 page.

I even used the same 'trick' at work, before I got my real business cards, as I needed proof of employment.

Hope that helps.

I'm not sure what industry you're in, but if you want to get something a little different, you should take a look at Chemical Designs:

http://www.chemicaldesigns.ca/print.html

They're just off MacLeod nearish to Chinook. We've gotten posters/T-shirts from them and they really do a spectacular job.
