LF: To hire someone to build a backyard Deck

I'm looking to hire someone to build a standard deck with glass railings in my backyard. I will buy all the material myself and have it delivered to my house. The deck will be 13X16. I want someone who can complete the project from start to finish. It's for a newly built home in the NW.

I'm too lazy and have no idea how to do it myself. I'm looking to get this soon ASAP.

I've already contacted a couple companies and I'm looking for the best deal. Please PM me your lowest rate, experience and references.
