$5 Tats, just kill someone!
Utter silliness. "Oh the poor inmates are getting HIV and hepatitus!!"

My solution, test all prisoners before, any one with aids/hiv goes to a different prison.
Then they can knock themselves out with tatoos and heroine, but not get aids.
Trial + blood test = different prison.. Would that cost that much? Or would it be viewed publically as a better solution?
You can still get aids via prison rape and other methods with $5.00 tat sessions.
Why not just seclude the AIDS inmates?

Thats a damn good idea. I like that.
I'm partial to this: trial+guilty+aids/HIV=Baffin Island

I imagine that it would cost too mich money but I am not that familiar with the prison system.
Also, I am sure there would be a ton of "rights" issues that we feel compelled to ensure are never infringed on with our prisoners.

I like the blood testing idea, but be ready to hear about an endless supply of human rights/privacy cases if this were implemented.

I thought the whole point of jail is to take away some of your rights, because you're not able to function in society.
What right are you losing by going to an "aids only" jail?
What rights are you losing by being placed in a jail where you stand a good chance of getting aids.. whether through being raped, illegal drug use, or tatoos?

Lol, if you don't see the problems with segregating AIDS victims, you're not likely to pick up on them regardless whether they're provided or not.
Segregate away.
