Furnace motor trouble

When the motor starts it hums for a few seconds before coming on. It's like it's struggling to start up. It's a Lennox installed 1-2 years ago. Any ideas?

I have the same issue and was told by a plumber in December a new motor will be needed soon.

make sure the belts arent too tight and that the bearings are lubed (if they require it)

Yup sounds like a motor, I had the induction motor sieze during our cold snap...it took 2 days to get the part....not recommended. It should be covered by warranty still no?
