I do find it funny in hindsight now that someone with as little experience as Obama was elected just because he gives a good speech, but I was one of the ones who bought it soo....

Actually upon a little more research, it was always part of Obama's campaign to send 7,000 more soldiers to Afghanistan. This Pakistan thing is most certainly new, although it's argualble they are part of the same conflict. Anyways, I apologize for jumping to conclusions earlier.

Anyways, I just find it so surprising how people can praise Obama for this, but if Bush said the exact same thing you would be calling him a war criminal.

That being said, I most certainly supported Obama and even waited in teh rain in Seattle to hear him speak.

I just can't stand how people think this guy is going to be some major force of change when he is clearly just a politician.

Cant please everyone I guess. I just dont understand how Obama could fck up any worse than Bush. All his new policies are gonna take years to implement. Obamas got a big mess to clean up.

IMO the Office is not in charge. I believe Obama also hired the men who lead the financial crisis into the white House as his advisers. Republican and Democrat - It's corrupt just like the Liberals and Conservatives only with more world power.
