To the extension cord thief
If I ever catch you I'm going to shove the snow shovel you just stole from me up your arse, sideways.
Without lube.

Did he steal that too? Maybe you shouldn't leave it outside.

Funny thing, I was going to make a joke about this yesterday; as you recall from the snow thread I don't have a shovel and borrowed one of my neighbour's without telling him. But in this case I put it back 10 minutes later, and him and I always lend tools back and forth so that's the only reason I didn't ask.
The would have really been funny if I had made that joke yesterday, and then yours went missing.

agreed, extention cord theifs are the worst kind.
The worst is when you leave it on site then one of the other trades swipes it and when you get there the next day you need to waste your time going to pickup a new one in addition to the cost.

I'm amazed that my gear hasn't been stolen considering that I live in the hood. During that last spell of almost daily snow I had to use my snow removal tools at a couple different sites so I just chucked them in the back of my truck and toted them around for a couple weeks. Didn't get stolen. (*knock on wood*, they're in the back of my truck right now)

Seriously. I JUST bought it too.....it was one of those lightweight jobbies with a metal blade insert. I looked around and noticed about 4 neighbours with theirs sitting out, so obviously my "ferarri" of snow shovels
Would be the first to go.
I feel like going door to door to find the thing, it's gotta be around somewhere.

Someone stole 3 bags of bottles from the side of my house last weekend. I was home and the dude obviously was casing the joint because he used my neighbors walk to get to the side of our house to not alert my Rottweiler.
My neighbour's fiance busted him and the guy claimed he was in the Hell's Angels so she shouldn't call the cops LOL.
I guess bottles are more valuable than Giant dual suspension mountain bikes to the Hell's Angels.
In Montreal, they had to kill a cop to get a full patch. In Calgary, they gotta lift some empties.
Watch out Ken, dem streetz of C'field is 'bout to jump off.

Truth is, the neighbourhood got together a posse and we lifted your snowshovel.
We just couldn't put up with this any more. (Possibly NSFW or just plain NS.)

Are you saying that if you weren't quite as angry that you might use lube?
