Something is screwed on my computer

Ok, I've noticed in the last couple days that when I click on search results in google searches, it's re directing me to various random sites which are not what I'm clicking on.

I am not the only one using this computer so I don't know if the other person downloaded something, but I figure that someone might know what to do to get rid of it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
