Hopefully you have other choices for a tender since they are sharing the duties in Chicago. But if you had to choose one, take the Bulin Wall, he is playing more than Huet right now and has the confidence of the team. You'd be lucky to get two games in the same week from Huet.
As for who to give up, keep Niedermeyer for sure, he's been on fire through January. If plus/minus is one consideration, then keep Rafalski. But if it isn't, then flip a coin between Streit and Rafalski.
Also, I seemed to remember that Streit tailed off towards the end of last year...but I could be misremembering (thanks Rocket Roger for that word). It could be that he is not used to the longer NHL season yet. It sometimes takes European players a few years to get used to playing longer seasons.
