Default New C-Train Station Downtown Open

I'm sure this isn't a huge impact on many people, but the new 7th SW station is now open. This is a Westbound/NW bound station.

The 6th Street is set to open late next month as well.

It's part of their public art program.

this is right across the street from me, I've been looking out my window watching the construction. From my observations it takes and average of 4 city workers to do a job, one to work and 3 to stand around, literally. My co-workers and I would always have a laugh, if the city wants to save money they should have some better supervisors out there.

They are ridiculous and should be destroyed.

Speaking of which - all the new platforms have a couple shelters that are heated.

Those should be really clean and hygenic in no time.

You may be surprised. They do this in Ottawa, and they are fabulous to have. Just great. (I should add that you can press a button and they will heat up to a max of 15 celsius or something like that).
