Seems unusually prudish coming from the woman who drives around with no panties on.

I haven't clicked on the link, but someone might have to explain something to me. could it have anything to do with her custody of kids and failing a drug test? Or is she just being dumb? Again, I can't click on it right now, so I honestly don't know.

Smoking pot at a Britney Spears concert? Seriously?
No really. Seriously?
Come on.
Really?

They should've used that opportunity to riot, because I don't think they'll have a game 7 SCF excuse this year.

well, if i had even one iota of respect for CRAPNEY i might agree, HOWEVER i don't know about any of you, but i have been to probably 30 or more concerts in my time..mostly at the saddledome but some at the jubilee and the max bell, and i can not think of ONE concert that didn't wreak like pot.
so, if as the performer you have an issue with pot, DONT TOUR.

Me too, but I've also never been to a concert where there's 15,000 kids either. I'm not trying to be on a high horse or anything, but I bet theres probably a few thousands kids who don't want to be exposed to somebody smoking a big bowl right next to them. A willie nelson concert is one thing, Spears is a complete other when it comes to the acceptability of pot smoking by the crowd (imo)

I think it's a little ridiculous but that's a fairly biased article. Some other articles about it reference that the smoke was making some of the stage crew and circus performers feel sick. Not saying that's a significantly better excuse but I'd rather not feel terrible when I'm doing a circus routine. Other articles also indicated that it was cigarette smoke not pot smoke but who knows - probably both.

11 year old girls are big pot smokers now? Or is Britney now touring with a jam band or something?

hey, i'm totally with you. i think i can count on 3 fingers the number of times i've smoked up in the last 13 years since my hot boxing phase, and i don't particularly enjoy it either.
ive been to concerts from (try not to beat me, i was young and stupid and it was like 18 yrs ago) new kids to tiffany to poison to pretty much all the big name rock concerts to some not so big. every single one of them wreaked like pot....including new kids.
so, i'm just saying, no matter what concert you go to at whatever venue, theres a very HIGH chance there will be pot.

Fair enough. Every concert I've been to has been a hot box too, and I guess I just assumed that a spears concert would be different because of the # of kids there. But since I've never been to a concert of that nature, i had no idea. Guess its not too surprising.

I guess if you're going to commit two hours of your life to a Britney Spears concert, you might as well try to make the experience enjoyable.

She was big with young girls 10 years ago. They're in their late-teens/early 20s now (prime pot-smoking age).
Today's young girls are into Miley Cyrus and the Jonas Brothers.

ya seriously...i would've heavily considered doing it myself had i gone. i just came back from vancouver, my friend got tickets from her boss for that calgary van game that we lost. she also got tickets to crapney, and she asked me if i wanted to go. her selling feature was that it was box seats.
i was like.....ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm i'd rather eat a maple leaf sandwich on the back of a greyhound bus than see CRAPNEY spears in concert.
thanks tho. LOL.
