The laundry list of afflictions in those articles is mindboggling..."full blown" AIDS, shingles, mass in chest, purple skin, foaming at the mouth, thrush, yeast infection, annnnnd mexican rape.

She ran a massage parlor, this story gets better, I guess too many happy endings can cause AIDS and not cancer.

The suit definatelty has merits. He repeatedly refused to get tested even though there was signs and that he was told by doctors to get tested. He told her he wasnt infected when he convinced her to go in without the rain coat.

She didn't have unprotected sex with him after she found out.

The loss is in the stress of having to go get yourself tested while worrying that you might be HIV+.

Also if someone fires a gun at you and misses, the cops don't just say since there's no loss here there's no need to have any charges filed.

I lived in Toronto through the Alomar years, there was certainly no shortage of rumours that he was going through women like candy, especially when he was actually taking residence at the SkyDome Hotel.
