Help me pick my new job title
So here is the story. I started work at my job three years ago as a lowly computer tech, building systems, fixing peoples problems etc, and my title is Computer Technician. After a meeting with my manager he suggested that I update my title to reflect what I do.
Now my job entails much more. I still build systems and fix peoples issues, but I also build and maintain servers, including our Exchange, CRM and blackberry servers. I am transfering our phone over to VOIP so I will be the person in charge of that. I am becoming the "Software Manager", where I will be in charge of all software in use in the company, licensing, purchasing, approving installing for people etc. I am also the person in charge of implementing policies, creating and maintaining user accounts. And on top of that I put on classes for the staff on new software and technology.
Can anybody think of a title for this?

A couple suggestions:
IT Specialist
IT Consultant
Your job sounds a bit familiar to mine in that you do support, training and sourcing and I'm an IT Consultant.

You must work at a small company
Director of Information Technology
Manager of Buisness Systems
VP of Buisness Systems Integration
Just beware of multiple hats. In IT, multiple hats can literally kill you.
I forgot to mention, no matter your pay grade, put that title on a buisness card and the bar star skanks will be all over you like a banker on a dollar bill.
