Police around Mount Royal College?

Was just driving home and noticed a pretty big police presence around MRC. 1 police SUV by the Flanders Ave/Crowchild overpass, 1 car by the MRC athletic entrance turnoff and one SUV at the 37th/Richardson Way lights. All had their lights flashing and no one pulled over. Just thought it was unusual for a Monday night at 11:00.

Anyone hear of anything happening this evening? citybeat doesn't have anything up yet.

Maybe they had a perimeter set up until a K9 could come in?

ie: the set up a perimeter, turn on their lights so that the person they're trying to find stays down, then the K9 gets them.
