Iphone icon help

Ok on my home page on my Iphone i have a wierd icon.

On the top right where the battery life meter is , there is a wierd icon to the left of it. I have never seen or noticed it before. It has a a phone ( horizontal) with 7 blocks underneath . ANyone know what this is ???

Shows that iPhone is set to work with a

TTY machine. See page 113.
