This is the greatest, (OK maybe not but it is really neat) whoever made this sure had a lot of time on their hands. Basically you can play Street Fighter on youtube. You play as Guile and you can click on the video to pick your opponent, then as the fight starts you can click the buttons on the left to pick your attack. If you wait to long your opponent will attack you.

That is pretty cool! Both for the idea and the execution. The animation and scenes they take place in are great.
