I didn't think it was worthy of a post, but seeing as how Simmer announced his and he's asked ALL trades get posted, here we go:

To Chi:
4th round pick

To SJ:
Curtis Joseph

Joseph's CPHL salary is $8 mil, so hopefully he never has to be called up but just in case Thomas goes down to injury we thought it would be nice to have another backup that could step in if need be and with a $8 mil hit, I don't think there's much risk in someone claiming him if I have to send him down again.

At the very least, maybe he'll help our AHL club win some games.

The Avs were nice enough to help me out by swapping AHL forward for AHL d-man. Justin Keller goes to the Avs, and Viktor Bartley comes to the Habs.

The Avs have helped me out a couple times lately, I owe you James!
