They named the car the "Synus". That's pretty dumb.

2 Hemi engines to drive, I suppose, 300 miles an hour over big bumps. It also goes sideways and can spin in a circle. Looks like a remote control car.

You may think the Synus is a pretty dumb name, but it snot! This car is nothing to sneeze at. It will blow your nose! Get in line fast, or you'll be left out in the (head) cold.

BTW... I heard that they already have a recall on the vehicle (post nasal drip) with many more problems being discovered in testing. Ford buyers are already refering to it as the Synus headache.

Rumor has it that you get a lifetime supply of this when you by a Synus.

boy that VW Jetta sure is dissapointing.

http://automobilemag.com/auto_shows/naias_...lkswagen_jetta/

It looks like a Kia from the front and a Corolla fromt the back. Ugh, the best parts of VW's were their unwillingness to stray from the proven German teutonic designs. Now they look like every other car. Same with BMW's. Ugh, sad.

Dear god that is horrible/fugly/horrific/disgusting/wrong. Strike another car off my "to buy when I have enough money" list.

I don't buy cars because they look like others, that's why I like the Jetta's, but now it looks like they want to fit in with the rest of the crowd.

Can't remember if it's been posted on here before, but I'm waiting for VW to roll these babies out (it's still in the very early conceptual stage).

edit forgot the link:

That thing is awesome. I'd love to take that on a long drive with a few friends.

That is the coolest thing ever. Make sure to watch the whole movie (you have to click on it). There is a "woody" version of it. Hopefully they actually make the thing instead of do a one-off like the goofy concept cars from above.

btw, for continued dissapointing VW models....take a look at the new Golf GTI. While its an improvement over the Jetta, its still a little blah for me, especially when you consider this is the GTI model, and not just the regular Golf.

Man, it sure is nice of Volkswagen to build a better 1996 Honda Civic.

no kidding....VW's are extremely fun to drive (and their manual transmissions kick ass compared to the stick in butter Honda), but long-term, these cars have a LOT of problems.

That's because they're all assembled in Mexico! Well, Golfs, Beetles, and Jettas anyways.
