Default VNC on a Mac - Help

Just wondering if anyone has some recommendations on what they are using to VNC in remotely on a Mac?

I'm trying Chicken VNC without much luck (could cause I can't get through to the host, and not the application).

Vine works pretty well for a server app. You have to make sure you port forward on your router.

http://sourceforge.net/projects/osxvnc/

But it tells you the internal IP and external IP.
