Default FS 2 Fridges

For some reason, I'm selling kitchen apliances on here again.

Anyway, I have two fridges I am looking to unload.

We just bought a Boxing Day Special SXS Black and Stainless Fridge at Sears and need to get rid of our current fridge, and the basement beer fridge.

The Upstairs fridge is an Amana ARB2205C - White 21.9 Cu. Ft. w/ Bottom Mount Freezer

Dimensions - 69.75"H X 32.75"W X 31"D (Without handles. They stick out a couple of inches further)

Hinges are on the left

Pictures here: http://www.appliancewarehousedirect.com/bottom-mount-refrigerator-p-14271.html

(But that one is hinged on the other side)

No Icemaker or water, but apparently there is an Icemaker kit available for it.

It works pretty well, but doesn't match our other stuff. It was here when we moved in a couple of years ago, and at the time there were white appliances. I have a black stove my wife loves, so we're selling off the other appliances over time and replacing them. The Amana is about 5-6 years old, has a pretty decent interior layout and does its job. We haven't had any issues with it other than its colour, and the fact that with our kitchen design the freezer door can't really swing as wide open as we'd like. (There's a wall in the way) The people who owned our house before us weren't the greatest planners in that regard.

There is a small ding on the top of the freezer door that is almost unnoticable unless you're looking for it. (Was like that when we got it and we didn't notice it for a few days.)

Asking - FREE

The second fridge is a bit of a relic (1980's??). I don't have any exact details other than the dimensions and brand name. Frankly, I'm not even sure of its capacity, although if I had to guess I think it's about 18 Cu. Ft..

Brand - Beaumark
Age - unknown, but I'd say it's vintage is around the time the Flames won the Cup.
Dimensions - 30.5"W X 25"D X Approx 65"H

This fridge works great, especially as a beverage fridge. It seems to keep beer and coolers at the perfect drinking temp. It has a top-mount freezer as well, which is a great place to keep the turkey or extra stuff if you're like us and always overfil your freezer.

It's white with brown (fake wood grain) and chrome handles (not ugly, just 80's). It's got a scratch on the door at about knee height, the size of a dime, that could probably be touched up with some appliance paint in about 5 seconds, but we never had the inclination to do so since it's been in the basement.

Asking $FREE

The Beaumark can be had immediately, the Amana, anytime after December 31st when our new one gets delivered. I would be happy to help load it if you have a truck. I don't think either would likely fit in the back of my Sportage, although I did get a stove in there a couple of years ago, so it might be possible. If it's not too far, I'd more than likely be willing to help unload at your place as well if you don't have anybody handy. (I don't have a dolly, but my neighbour may, we can look into it)(Confirmed- he does have a dolly, so it's actually not too bad to move these suckers)

PM if interested.

First one is gone...

Come on people I did say OBO...

Nobody needs a fridge?

Price update... The Beaumark is now free to a good home... I can't really justify more than asking somebody for help getting rid of it at this point. I am going to try and donate it to Women in Need at the end of the week if I don't get rid of it before then.

Okay, since there is no interest at all and I can't see making anything on these, i am offering both friges free to anyone who has the means to take them away. They are both in great working order, but I now have three fridges in my house. (And it's not a big house!)

The Amana would make a decent main fridge if you've currently got something smaller and need a bit more room. As I said before, the Beaumark is probably just a beer/basement fridge now given it's age and appearance, but still works great.

If there is no interest, I will be donating both now on the weekend.

And Stillman16 is the lucky winner of the Amana. I'm assuming the old Beaumark is probably going to be a no-go, but I'll hold on to it for a few more days if anyone is interested.

Thanks again for the fridge. It was nice meeting you, and you have a beautiful family!

No problem, hope it works well for you... You sure you don't want a beer fridge too?
