NBA Christmas Day - Celtics V. Lakers

The classic, Christmas Day games for the NBA; This year it started with San Antonio and Phoenix where Roger Mason hits a buzzer-beater to sink the Suns.
But, the most-anticipated game on the schedule this season has got to be the 2nd of the double-header -- Boston v. Los Angeles.
Mid-way thru the second quarter and it hasn't disappointed. Both teams playing fairly tight defense and Ray Allen is perfect from the arc.

I know it's Christmas Day, but is anyone else watching this? It's a great game!

Halftime -- And Kobe, KG & Paul Pierce in the thick of things talking smack all game, Kendrick Perkins has that stupid sneer of his, LA's bench has maintained the game for them and Rajon Rondo is pouring it on with 7 assists. The game has been pretty physical and the intensity is high. ...Can't wait for the second half!

LAL 92 - BOS 83
Lakers pull it out on home court. Pau & Kobe carried the weight in the back half of the 4th quarter, in spite of a sloppy effort from both squads in portions of the mentioned quarter. Phil Jackson wins his 1000th career game (And with only 400-some odd losses - Crazy) as an NBA head coach. ANd the Celtics' incredible unbeaten streak comes to an end.

The Celtics hammered the Kings last night in Sacramento. At one point the score was 84-44!
