Need a way to sleep on my back...
I need some help CP! I have to figure out a way to make sure that I sleep on my back. Basically I have some bad back problems, and just love sleeping on my stomach! I'm hoping that there is something pretty simple that will keep me from rolling onto my stomach in my sleep....suggestions? fool-proof solutions?

X2 for me, last few days woke up with a painfully sore back, gone within the hour but still painful none the less.

Get a tshirt to sleep in, sew a small pocket on the tummy part of it and put a tennis ball inside. You won't want to sleep on your tummy.

Same boat here. I have back issues and sleeping on my stomach just seems to make them all the worse. Ive tried a couple nights to sleep on my side or back, but nothing seems to compare to sweet sweet stomach.

If you're really desperate, strap a tennis ball or something to one of your shins.
Edit: Ice beat me to it.

I though sleeping on your side with a pillow between your legs was supposed to be the best for relieving back pain? The pillow should also help keep you from rolling over, I would think.

The only way I can sleep on my back is when I sleep alone. If I have the whole bed to myself, I go starfish. Try farting in bed. The wife will bail and you can go starfish.

For a couple days, I think.... Actually... they may not have bothered me at all right off the bat. Scratch that. It's a bad idea. Unless you want shiney nipples.

How the heck do you guys sleep on your stomach?! I always think it's going to be more comfortable but it only lasts about a minute until I have to switch back.
