Default In keeping with the burger theme of one of the other posts... Best milkshake in town?

Personally, I like my milkshake made out of real ice cream. Thick and tasty.
Also, I like it when you get it in a real milk shake glass with the metal mixing container on the side still half full of shake.

Any suggestions? I hear Tommy Burger serves a pretty good shake (never tried it though).

Edit: I used to enjoy going to this ice cream sundae shop on the corner of Southland and Elbow Dr SW. Unfortunately its not there any more.

Fatburger. You should make sure your will is up to date before drinking it though, your arteries will gain another layer of crud immediately after consumption.

I like the Peters milkshakes.... but I haven't really tried others. Besides, who doesn't like a little ecoli once in a while?

I loved that place...It's been gone at least 15 years, and probably close to 20.

I second fatburger. Kills peters drive inn's shakes but they're also five bucks whereas peter's are only two fifty.

Craigs way station, it's somewhere between here and red deer, or red deer and edmonton (can't remember, I was pretty hammered at the time), anyways, it's a large glass full and made with real ice cream, and they give you the silver container with the remaining shake on the side (which is almost another full glass).

I'm pretty sure Peters is like $4.00 now...

EDIT: Damn, looks like prices have gone up!

I like Tommy's myself. I'm pretty sure it's another Tommy's though. This one is a small chain out of California.

Yeah, I was just at Peter's on Sunday, and the shakes are in fact $4.50.

I like the Peters shakes better than Tommy Burger or Fatburger on the pure selection of flavour alone. I don't really like Peter's bugers that much but I do go for the Milkshakes.

Woah, guess it's been a while since I've had one. In hind sight I think they were $3 last time I went and $2.5 for the "special", which was usually the marshmallow and ecoli bonanza.

Same for me.

And ++ to Peters for showing the price including GST.
