Looking for Microsoft Access programmer

Hello CP faithful.
I am looking for an individual that is HIGHLY knowledgable with Microsoft Access.
I need some assistance with an existing program that I work with. It has developed a few glitches and I need someone to help me sort them out.
Secondly, I had a "programmer" start the building process of a new program for me but he bailed and left it unfinished. I am hoping that someone can finish it for me or start a complete new one.
If there is someone out there that is interested, just PM me and we can discuss details.
