Even I could tell on the horrible video quality that the water was totally frozen. Are they that stupid?

I think it looks pretty obvious that a part of the water is frozen over, but the frozen part they jumped onto was under a few inches of water, so it probably looked like there'd be no problem.

I like how hard the guy was laughing when the first guy injured himself quite badly. I probably wouldn't have jumped in if I was the second guy. I'd be freaked out that the ice would give way after all-star #1 jumped on it.

I don't know it just looks too smooth to be open water? Even that small a space isn't going to look like glass.

I did not expect that. Then I laughed... That'd hurt. But I laughed anyway.

In Russia, ice dives you!

I can't disagree with you there. All I'm saying is that if I were to be involved in a polar bear swim for some reason and the first guy landed on top of a sheet of ice, I wouldn't jump on as well for comedic effect.

Jumping into a freezing cold body of water wearing nothing is a dangerous thing to do. Risking a fall through ice wearing nothing seems quite a bit more dangerous to me.

edit: pedobear?
