Both games are next Saturday starting with the East semi followed by the West semi. Good luck.

These games looked a lot better about 5-6 weeks ago. Now it looks like which one of these losers want to go get kicked by the two division winners.

Hard to pick who will win as all 4 teams are more than capable of losing to any team in the country (Pee-Wee football included) any week.

I think Ray is good enough to overcome the crap that he has around him and moronic coach calling the game to beat a terrible Winnipeg team.

If BC was at home it would be a slam dunk for them but even at Taylor Field whichever garbage QB is in for the Riders will throw enough INTs that the Lions will crush the pathetic hearts of Rider fans everywhere.

I think Edmonton becomes the first crossover team to win a game.

Since the US teams folded after the 1995 season, there have been 12 Western semi-finals, the home team has won 6 and the road team has won 6. The Riders won in Regina last year, so I'll pick the Lions this year.

Edmonton at WINNIPEG - I am pretty sure and hope for the Blue Bombers to win this game. Eskimos have been very inconsistent all season and Winnipeg have been playing well of lately. I am glad Winnipeg kept Doug Berry instead of getting rid of him while they were in a slump. Look what happenned to Toronto, they were 4-6 and in 2nd place when Don Matthews took over only to lose all 8 of their remaining games and ruined the already ruined Argonauts' team. Anyways, this is going to be a close one and I think the weather is going to be a factor here. Joe Smith and Fred Reid of Winnipeg are much better than Eskimos' running backs. Winnipeg by at least a TD.

BC at SASKATCHEWAN - BC Lions looks bad against Calgary second and third string QB and they don't look motivated at all. The only positive that came on the BC lost to Calgary is Stefan Logan's running and catching. The rest were just brutal including Cameron Wake and the defense. I am sure Saskatchewan is so pumped up about having to play in their home turf in the first round playoff. It is going to be a long day/night for Buck Pierce or Jarious Jackson(whoever starts in QB). Saskatchewan by 12 points.
