Some tinkering with the lines to try and get both Tucker and Demitra going, but without results. Will continue to play around until we find some chemistry with the guys we have. Olesz continues to be hot though and it looks we at least have a good chance now with Kipper in net.

Good win by the Habs, even though we are still letting in way too many goals in relation to the shots. We outshot the Islanders 36-22 yet we still manage to only squeak out a 3-2 win.

Oh well, a win is a win. Eriksson had a strong game, and Geoff Sanderson lit up the lamp once which was good to see. Hopefully Bryzgalov can pick up the slack a bit more.

Check that - GUNIT, did you get our lines? Looks like our "new" lines weren't used.

EDIT - Nevermind, looks like I never sent them in!

Heated battle between the Flames and Oilers, seeing Scott Walker ejected from the game, damn near right off the faceoff, after a charging after Willie Mitchell. While the scoreboard was in favour of the Oilers, losing Mitchell and Captain Joe Thornton, could be considered a loss.

Both players are only day to day, hopefully returning Monday against the Jackets.

Good to get on a roll though, with three wins to try and claw back to a .500 record. Looks like some players have found some chemistry, and Craig Rivet continues to be an absolute monster.

Predators climb back to .500 with a 4-2 win over the 'hawks. Jagr potted two and was the first star while Thomas held his own and was the games second star. Most remarkably though the Predators outshot someone!!

Paging Alexandre Ovechkin or Vincent Lecavalier. A -3 for Vinny does not make the GM a happy one as Luongo craps the bed (5 goals on 17 shots or something). I am not pleased with any of those 3, luongo will be given about 5-10 games to get settled but my patience is getting short with OV1 and heck Vinny too even though he has only been here a few games. OV1 seems to be very specific with his C, he hated Gomez so I move gomez to line 2 and he dominated, OV1 better get along with Vinny or else Lombardi is his last option...

Sharks come up with a big win against the rival Ducks. Not often are we outshot, but Osgood managed to out-duel Luongo for the win. Briere, Michalek, Gagne, Niedermayer, Pronger all with two point nights.

Well the Kings suffered the fate that the Thrashers have in the majority of their games. Usually the Thrashers outplay teams and lose but tonight it was the Kings whooutplayed us and should have won but we stole a victory. We were outshot 35-20 but came out with a 4-2 win. Cogliano continues to fit in well with the Thrashers. Nonetheless, Atlanta is in talks with a few teams and is making progress in making some trades.
