Fantasy Help!
I don't know if this is "New thread" worthy but I need some help in my Fantasy pool. I've been destroyed 2 weeks now thanks to injuries and this week looks ok for me. I need some help with my receivers, I can only play three of these four.
My receivers look like this right now:
- DeSean Jackson vs. PIT
- Bryant Johnson vs. DET
- Steve Smith vs. MIN
- Wes Welker vs. MIA
All are poised to potentially put some good numbers, if I had to choose three which three should I choose?
Thanks in advance.

I wouldn't - I'd sit Jackson.
Pitt is going to get to Romo and they have much better corners than the Eagles. Jackson won't get free this week, not against the Steeler D.
Detroit gives up tons of points, Isaac Bruce had a big game last week so will be keyed on this week, but Detroit can't let 49ers biggest weapon, Gore run free, so they won't just sit back either. O'Sullivan just had the best passing day for a 49er in 4 years, and Martz know the Detroit D pretty will. It'll be a good return for a 49er receiver, the only question is if it will be Johnson (starting #2 WR) or Vernon Davis who was shut out last week (depends upon the Lions rush, but with Jonas Jennings hurt (again) I would think Davis will be forced to block a bit more).

It doesn't matter. One of the three you start will post a goose egg, while the one you sit has his best week of the season. That usually seems to be the case with me.

Bryant could have a better game, but I'll take the elite QB.

I'd suggest you go to the waiver wire or trade to get a replacement. The Chiefs line is very sketchy, and they're a team who's going to play from behind a lot.

I've been offered a trade;
I get Chad Johnson, I send away Eddie Royal. I'm in a 12 team league and my WR's are stacked (Owens, Marshall, Boldin). So this would be a deal for my 4th wide reciever, and none of my top 3 have a bye until week 7.
Do I accept??

So Johnson doesn't fill any needs for you.
But I assume it will fill a need for your opponent.
The only upside you will get is if Johnson happens to do better than Royal would have done in the weeks he plays.
I happen to think Royal has a bigger upside, so I don't think I would make that trade. There just doesn't seem to be any compelling reason for you to make that deal (unless you have already played your trading partner, and this can screw your other competitors).

Well for me, Royal has the same bye week as Marshall...so I am trying to find a reciever who doesn't have the same by week as Marshall, Owens, and Boldin. Ocho fits that bill. His injury, and his team's terrible play concern me though.
One reason for me to want to keep Royal...if Marshall gets suspended again like there is talk he is going to, then Royal becomes Cutler's #1 target.

No way, Royal's a stud. Upside is unlimited here.

I have a start or sit question for today.
At receiver I need to choose between:
Braylon Edwards @ Cincinatti
Greg Jennings @ Tampa Bay
Thoughts?

And another question...
can you have too many Broncos in the starting line up today? It makes me nervous. But with the Westbrook injury and 2 of my other backs on byes I had to pick up a RB this morning and Andre Hall was the most attactive as I know he will get touches against a porous defense. So that left me with 5 Bronocs in the lineup. I took Eddie Royal out for Robert Meachem, but I'm not sure that's a good move.
Thoughts?

The way the Bronco's are scoring points, I wouldn't mind stacking my team with them. Normally 5 players from 1 team is risky, but right now Denver is a pretty low risk.
I'd also go with Edwards over Jennings, just a hunch.

I have Edwards in, so thanks for the vote of confidence there.
Meachem, you would think, would do well against the 9ers at home with all the players the Saints have out. Then again, with a lack of weapons it may be eaiser to keep their wideouts covered.
Eddie's been great this year and there is always the possibility of him breaking a return for a TD too.
Hmm........what to do!

I didn't realize you were my opponent this week. Now I feel kind of hokie about asking for advice!
My team will be done playing after the early games. You'll know exactly what you need to beat me in 3 and half hours!
