Listed @ 209,900, but not to worry, if a CPer or a friend makes an offer, it will be in the 195-199 range like I promised. The current rate is only to reflect current prices on similar condo's in the neigborhood right now.

Bump, price reduced and is about to be price reduced further on MLS to $199,900. OPEN HOUSE this Sunday 1pm - 4pm.


Rent/Buy are now both options. We'll see which comes first!
