Jet Set was a strange episode to say the least, the woman was GORGEOUS though.
I am glad to see Red got work after Firefly, her hips have gotten bigger but she is still, wow.
Also Rogers new girlfriend - wowzers. The show is non stop gigadee gigadee with great writing.

Every week. It's among my "can't miss" shows, along with Dexter, Entourage, The Office and Lost.
It blows me away how well they "whisk you" into the 1950s and how they really seem to capture the authenticity of the time (or at least the perceived authenticity).
The characters are so multi-dimensional, and the pacing is like a nice slow burn, it's such a fantastic way to enjoy and hour of television.
Anyone who hasn't seen this should go out right now and get the DVDs.
Oh...and January Jones has been iconic this season, if she goesn't get nominated for a Globe and win, it will be a travesty. It reminds me of Edie Falco in the Sopranos in Season 4.

Big fan of this show. The amazing visual atmosphere that they create is almost worth it alone. Anyone else wanna just go buy a pack of Lucky Strikes after watching an episode?

It has Saffron (Christina Hendricks)?
I may need to watch a few episodes.

I've been procrastinating about posting something about this show, but I've been pimping it in my avatar for a couple of months since Season 2 began.
No time right now to type more, but I have to say that Christina Hendricks is.... *thud*

Here's a great site by a fan of the show -- Mad Men Illustrated. It's a set of drawings of people and things from the show, based on the advertising and commercial art of the early '60s. Suitable for forum avatars, wallpapers, iPhone backgrounds, etc. etc.

Yes, if you follow the CTV link in the opening post it will give the broadcast details.
But rest assured, it is in HD and the HD format really makes the show vibrant.

I just love the dripping symbolism in the show.
The most recent episode, Jet Set, Don losses his luggage (baggage) when he gets to LA and then proceeds to go on a wild adventure following what he really wants. At the end of the episode his baggage is delivered back to his suburban house to his seperated wife.
Great stuff.
