Default Fitness Training Programs-Online/Books

I'm looking for a good training program that I can get into without having to pay for a personal trainer or nutritionist.

Has anyone used any websites or books that help you plan your diet, workouts, supplements etc?

I want to start planning my meals and workouts better, instead of just winging it and trying to live healthy. Time to break it down bit by bit and really plan it out.

Any positive experiences with particular resources?

For me "Combat the Fat" or CTF program has been by far the most helpful, going on 6 months of use with measured (literally) results.

The workout pyramid scheme changed my outlook on weight training. I am still working my way up but without a doubt I can recommend this.

It starts, and ends IMO, with crossfit.com. I've plugged the website before, so I guess I'll do it again

You should go on this guy's show. http://www.paulplakas.com/

Seriously though, I can honestly say that reading the book BodyRx helped me.
