Futureshop and Bestbuy had them earlier this week (Monday or Tuesday) and they sold out really quick. You can check the stock on their websites. They're selling them for 240, and 300 for 8GB and 16GB respectively. $30 cheaper than Apple I think.

There's tons at the UofC Microstore. I just passed by and they have at least 8 or 10, but I think they're selling them for Apple.ca's listed prices. Not sure if you need a student ID for this though, as there are no student discounts on new ipods.

Apple Store has them in Market Mall.

I like mine a lot more than my original Touch which died this past week. It feels nicer in the hand, and is noticeably lighter in the pocket. Home button has a nicer click feel to it, and the external volume buttons are nice too. Speaker is really tinny, but fine if you're in a quiet room for listening to a podcast or whatever.

I could swear they've improved other little things too compared to a software upgraded 1st gen, such as the light sensor being a lot quicker to adjust the backlight levels, and it feels a little snappier overall, but that could just be the "new car smell", all hardware feels faster when its new.
